PS8 Family Art Festival Photos
The PS8 Staff would like to thank all of the children, parents, and guardians who came out today to participate in our first ever "PS8 Family Arts Festival." In addition to art projects, there was something for everyone, including a visit from the Jersey City Police and Fire Departments, the Hudson County Sheriff's Office, NJ State Troopers (and their horse!) to chalk drawing, bubble blowing, a jazz band and even a helicopter flyover! It was a blast for all involved. Under the direction of Principal Dr. Darrell Carson, numerous staff members volunteered and a special thanks goes out to Mrs. Suzanne Ciarlandini and art teachers Alexandra Cassaro and Jose Sosa for a job well done!
